The creation of the Program Leadership TeamCreated in 2004 after the Associate Director leftIt was known that the Associate Director position would not be refilled in a timely mannerThere was an immediate need for a structure to organize and oversee program planning, program evaluation, and program reportingLooking back

In late 2009 and 2010, we recognized a need to revisit the structure and functioning of PLTThe Mission of the agency was the same, but there was a need to change ourselves, culturallyEmphasis Areas of change:Oversight and management of programming effortsMore emphasis on program evaluation and reportingHow are we different now?
