Hexaware customized and integrated an e-ticketing solution for a leading North American airline with large international operations. The solution enabled smooth handling of travel changes, eliminated printing and mailing costs, and increased self-service check-in. Hexaware helped extend the airline's existing domestic e-ticketing interlining facility to international routes by customizing the system to the client's requirements and integrating it with reservation and departure control systems. The project utilized hardware from UNISYS and IBM and applications including USAS, TPF, and Oracle 9i.
