- 2. Description: The project is to provide constant support on various HP products (PPM, ALM, PC & UFT). It includes handing the servers hosting the applications. Role: • Handling enhancement activities. • Migration of PPM application in windows server. • Upgrade of PPM v 9.14 → 9.22. • Cloning of PPM application from one server to another. • Assisting the team in DB migration • Enhancements in the web services java code according to the requirements. • Creating functions and procedures. • Support activities related to all the implemented modules. • Setup of new HP QC environment. • Migration of ALM projects to QC environment Nov 2013 – March 2015 Environment: HP-PPM server (9.14/9.22) (SAAS Environment) Description: The project is to provide constant support and handle enhancements according to the user’s requirements. It includes extracting reports from QlikView. The system is implemented with various request types and project types. Role: • Sanity testing after upgrades. • Handling enhancement activities. • Migration of code or changes between different environments. • Support activities related to all the implemented modules. • Extracting reports from QlikView and SQL queries. • Creating functions and procedures. • Communicating with HP for various server level activities. Aug 2013 – Nov 2013 Environment: HP-PPM server (9.14) (SAAS Environment) Description: The project was to implement the functional process of the client that earlier existed in Alice Application in PPM. Processes were mapped in PPM Demand management module. This included the data migration of the existing requests. Role: • Understanding the already existing system and getting the requirements from the client and there after creating functional design documents. • Implementation of processes in PPM.

April 2012 – July 2013 Environment: HP-PPM server (8.03) Description: The project was to implement the functional process of the client in PPM. Processes were mapped in PPM Demand and Deployment management modules. This included the integration of Demand and Deployment modules for automated deployments with approval only at the demand level. Role: • Getting the requirements from the client and creating functional design documents. • Implementation of processes in PPM. • Creation of SQL functions. • Creation of test cases. • Testing the implementation and resolving the issues found during testing. • Migration of code or changes between different environments. • Creation of Technical design document for the processes implemented. August 2011 – March 2012 Environment: HP-PPM server (9.10 sp 1) Description: Managing of HP PPM for the client. This included the enhancements that were asked by the client and the support task, weekly and monthly tasks, reports that were generated in PPM tool and Deployment management to great extent. Also required to create and run SQL/PL SQL to execute on the DB server. Role: • Handling of support tickets on Demand, Deployment, Resource and Project management tool. • Enhancements that were asked by the users. • Testing of the changes done. • Creation of test cases. • Migration of code or changes between different environments. • Creation and execution of SQL/PL SQL code for DB instance. Nov 2010 – June 2011 Environment: Description Project Insight is extensively used in Birlasoft for managing all its processes, projects, resources and their effort. It is widely used for managing any project in organization, from its initiation, all development & tasks
