Depression – Myth versus Reality
                                  Grade 8 Unit 2- Respect




Choose one fact about Depression that you’d like to explore further. Create a "Myth and Reality"
poster (A4 size) about that aspect of depression. Your poster should highlight one misperception
and feature the truth. Use facts from the video and your own research. You can also include
quotes from a variety of sources: the video, their research, or anonymous interviews. The teacher
will give you some ideas about common misperceptions about depression.
