The paper discusses the design and implementation of an S-band transmitter for nanosatellites, achieving a power gain of 60 dB and output power exceeding 25 W within a 2.1 to 2.3 GHz frequency range. Utilizing a combination of HFET and LDMOS technologies, the transmitter features a flexible structure and control method, addressing challenges of output frequency stability and thermal management. The designed module is tailored for compatibility with nanosatellites like Nanodragon and could be adapted for other satellite applications.
