The document presents a design for a 2.4 GHz MMIC feed forward power amplifier utilizing GaAs PHEMT technology aimed at enhancing linearity in wireless communication systems. Through the implementation of a feed forward linearization technique, significant improvements in output power, power gain, and intermodulation distortion suppression are achieved compared to conventional power amplifiers. The study includes simulation results, showing a marked improvement in performance metrics such as output power and compression point when linearization is applied.
