SMi present their 2016 masterclass on
Developing a successful
FLNG project
6TH
JULY
2016Central London
MC485
Overview:
Understanding both the technical and execution planning decisions that frame the development of an FLNG
project are key to its success. This interactive masterclass will provide you with an insight into the technical and
execution challenges you will face when developing an FLNG project. It will discuss how the decisions you make
influence CAPEX, provide guidance on execution strategies, cover the importance of good quality metocean
data and through discussing the key technical issues explain how to develop an optimised and safe FLNG design
for your project.
Why you should attend this masterclass:
This masterclass will benefit anyone wanting to gain a better understanding of the technical and execution
challenges associated with developing an FLNG project. The masterclass will be equally suitable for people
involved in both the commercial and technical side of a project, whether you work for the developer, operator or
as an advisor.
