MASTERCLASS
SMi Training Presents...
Overview:
As a concept, Information Management frameworks help us to understand
what we need to consider and prioritise to deal with information management
challenges. However, it can be difficult to see how framework concepts can
be usefully applied to the day-to-day operational realities of supporting
a business or implementing beneficial change. As a result, many information
management initiatives don’t consider all the key factors necessary for lasting
or truly long term benefit.
This is a participant driven workshop which will help attendees understand
their information and data management issues in terms of a high level
information management framework. Participants will gain a fuller
understanding of the issues and challenges they face, and will consider
addressing those challenges through the practical application of framework
elements.
In this workshop, experienced information management consultants will work
with your questions, issues or challenges and, using our background designing
and implementing information management solutions across the life-cycle for
organisations of all types, will help apply framework concepts to those.
This will bring out the full complexity of many information management
challenges, but will help define key elements of potential solutions, ensuring
that implementations make all the considerations necessary to deliver
sustained long term results.
