This research focuses on developing a web application to assist OTOP (One Tambon One Product) entrepreneurs in Thailand with packaging design to enhance consumer appeal. The study involved gathering data from 400 entrepreneurs and customers, revealing high satisfaction levels with the developed application, which allows for user-friendly and cost-effective packaging design. Overall, the findings suggest that a tailored web application can significantly aid in modernizing packaging for OTOP products, thereby supporting economic growth in the community.
