- 3. • BELIEF Filipinos have number of folk beliefs about life, family, luck, wealth and etc. This is termed as “paniniwala” in tagalog.

- 5. CONVICTION -fix or strong belief. PRINCIPLES AND NORMS -are rules set in a certain group of people that has to be or usually followed.
- 6. AIMS OR GOALS -this is rooted by the idea of how we value our family. ASPIRATION -we Filipinos are somehow ambitious in a positive way. For a reason that we want the best and we don’t want to settle for less.
