Incomplete digestive system -wherein there is only single opening for the ingestion of food and elimination of undigested materials -more common among invertebrates such as planarians and cnidarians where anus is absent. 2. Complete digestive system - they have digestive tubes with two openings- a mouth and an anus - where food moves along the digestive tube in one direction.
