The date is also important as it allows audience to know the date of the concert The sponsors at the bottom are a form of synergy and will promote both the supporters and artist. The font used across the website and poster is not too bold and rigid but also not too fancy and curvy. In addition, the use of a ‘sans serif’ font is often used in media texts as it tends to be more readable that a ‘serif’ font. The website where the tickets are sold are also important in informing fans of where to buy the tickets The poster also has a tint to add a romantic vibe which coincides with the background on the website. The roses connotes the romantic nature of the artist therefore attracting the targeted audience.
- 4. The hat and earring on the model symbolises the R&B culture. Though this is just a sample image we will ensure that we copy the style of the model as it fits with the brand identity. The emotion seen on the face of the model also connotes the romantic nature of him. We will also ensure that in the photos, our artist comes across as emotional and contrasting the typical male expectation of masking one’s emotions. I have also made the website generally quite simplistic and have avoided clutter as this comes across as more appealing and organised. The banner provides all relevant information whilst the newest album cover is advertised to promote the artist’s newest music along with an actual image so that fans/target audience members associate the music (later down the page with the) with the face.
