- 2. An institute would distribute our film first through cinema, then it would be released on DVD and in some cases later on even be shown on TV. Also with the ruse of streaming sites we would hope it would be released on sites such as Net Flix.
- 3. Taken is a film with the same genre as ours a thriller/horror. The film company that distributed this film was the 20TH century fox, an American film company
- 4. Another film with the same genre but more on the horror side is the Blair witch project. How ever Artisan Entertainment, also an American film company, distributes this.
- 5. Our film is a mix between the Blair witch project and Eden Lake. However this was distributed by a British film company, Optimum releasing. Now known as Studio Canal UK.
- 6. Another British distributor is EMI who amalgamated with American company MGM in 1970 where the gained funding. However MGM pulled out in 1973.
- 7. EMI is likely to support and distribute our film as its of a similar genre of other films it has distributed. Also is is a British film company so they will be more inclined to distribute our film.
