Example Steps • Increase Unit test coverage from 20% to 80% for the top 50 most used parts of the software • Create an automated build that eliminates the manual steps and add running of Unit tests to the automated build • Actively work on reducing technical debt so we can reduce it from 100 days to 60 days
- 16. Example Measure Make sure to measure the effect the steps have. Is the quality indeed improving? Is the goal met? For example are we creating less bugs? Do we find bugs during development fase instead of during our Acceptance test?
