CISLink Data Tracing Service allows the manufacturer to provide a detailed collection
of reports in the distribution network and data consolidation at the central
office for analysis.
The service consists of the following modules:
– Module to collect data from the distributor;
– Portal to administer, synchronize directories / classifiers, and view reports;
– Data warehouse;
– Module for providing data to the central office of the manufacturer.

Project stages
Johnson and Johnson (the project)
The project is in the company of Johnson & Johnson sent the collection of secondary sales by distributors and sales
agents of automation with the help of mobile devices - PDA. These devices implement the
desired functionality through software CISLink.
 Project (DTS) to collect secondary sales realized in 2004;
 in 2010 extended to the functional equipment salesmen PDA;
 project includes all of the selected distributors - 96;
 agents, distributors are equipped with a PDA - 360 + agents, supervisors;
 agents, with the help of PDA, perform the required activity;
 All of the agents and their results are recorded in the database server CISLink;
 PDA agents communicate with the server via the mobile GPRS network in the off-line mode;
 All data on the activity carried out by agents placed in the database CISLink, and then, in the database J &J;
