This document proposes enhancing Linked Open Data exploration with a service that dynamically suggests related resources based on the user's context, similar to Vannevar Bush's Memex device. The service could obtain connections in real-time from social media like tweets to point out trending associations not present in the existing knowledge base. This could improve web searching and browsing by highlighting currently popular links between information.
