E- Teaching Strategies:
Abstract
 If we go back one hundred years from now and
compare the developments, we come across
  amazing advancements in science and
  technology, commerce, health care and
transport. But unfortunately, the way an
average teacher is teaching have remained
largely unchanged . Through this presentation
an attempt has been made how information
technology (Internet) can be used to update
  teaching learning process.
Introduction

World today is in the grip of information -cum-
communication technology demanding life long

the application of ICT to reform teacher education as
per the needs of 21st Century teacher trainee, teacher
educator and training institutions.
Need For ICT Based Teacher
Education

plan, design and ensure the conduct of ICT based
teacher education courses.

Efficiently planned and designed teacher education
courses will not only enhance employability but will
also help the system of education to provide
proficient teachers to work effectively using E-
