THE COMPANY Established in 1994, EO2 Events is a dynamic group of Event planners specializing in creative solutions for corporate functions, conferences, product launches, exhibitions, activations, fashion shows and various special programs to cater to all aspects of our clients’ needs. We provide creative solutions for achieving your objectives on time, within budget and in a memorable manner. Our Event Management and Event planning caters to all sectors of Industry, with a special emphasis on Corporate and Lifestyle segments. We focus on Event Design and Management of Communication within Brand and Product launches, Press Conferences, Dealer Meets, Award and Entertainment Nights, Celebrity Endorsements, product launches to name a few.

- 11. CLIENT CASE STUDY 2014 American express presents Gourmet Week. EO2 events conceptualized the idea of the second edition of the Gourmet Week that went on to become a huge hit. Gourmet week can be considered as an extension of the Times Food Awards where guests can register and all nominated and winning restaurants of the Food awards participate to offer the guests an exquisite dining experience. We recreated the Promotional video for Gourmet week that catered for the fun loving foodie populace. TAG- EAT WHAT YOU LOVE, LOVE WHAT YOU EAT A unique way of marketing and an attractive video helped to increase the turnout 4 times with a guest list of 8000 persons as against 2000 in the first edition of Gourmet week, while reducing the expenditure by 20 lakhs!! EXECUTION 40 restaurants across 6 cities participated EO2 developed a customized menu, seating arrangement and an overall customized experience for the participating guests. They were given exclusive giveaways. The unique experience offered to the guests actually helped attract more registrations and the event went on to become a huge success Currently, we are preparing for the third edition of TIMESCITY GOURMET WEEK

Starting from conceptualization, the entire event was managed, produced and executed by us. The complete event had exclusively customized collaterals for all fine dine restaurants in Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune and Mumbai. To create a buzz we shot a social experiment video which showcased the Gourmet experience.
- 115. THE PORTFOLIO Conceptualized & executed this property for the first time in India. The whole idea incorporates nicely decorated secret dinner tables across six cities- Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Pune and Mumbai where like minded strangers are invited to dine together. We got the collaterals for this property exclusively designed and printed. We also conceptualized, produced and shot the promotional video for ‘La Compagnia.’
