Field Engineers are minimum A+ certified in hardware and have operational background Field Engineers must complete an initial 12 week training program combining classroom training with on-site shadowing before being certified; and participate in on-going training after certification All Field Engineers can perform Cat 5 cabling as well as do hardware installations All Field Engineers carry all necessary tools, Laptop, Cat5 Certifier and Digital Camera ESS Field Engineers
