 It is important because it allows for a positive student
and teacher relationship ,which will create a influential
learning environment
 When teacher
describe the
problem, instead of
accusing or giving
commands, students
are more willing to
behave responsible
 When teacher give
information, without
insults, students are
more likely to
change their
behaviour
 Threats and orders
can cause students to
feel helpless or
defiant. Choices
open doors to new
opportunities
 Teacher give a Single
word or gesture them
to think about the
problem, and solve it
themselves
 Make no reference to the students character
 When teacher describe their feelings without attack
or ridicule, student can listen and respond
responsible
 Student often shut
out adult talk, but if
they see it in writing
they get the message
 Using the funny accent will grab the
students attention and reverse behaviour
 Cooperative learning involves students working
together to accomplish shared goals, and it is this
sense of interdependence that motivate group
members to help and support each other.
