HARDWARE • iMac- 2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo- I have learnt how you turn a mac on and I have also found out to screen shot on an iMac because it is the same as a computer/laptop that isn’t Apple. • Cameras- I have learnt how to take proper photos with a camera making it steady and i have also learnt where to put the person in the camera frame to get the most effect. • Scanner- I have learnt how to scan pictures or writing onto the computer so i can use it in my magazine.

SOFTWARE • WordPress- I have learnt how to keep a blog. • Adobe Indesign-CS3- I have learnt how to embed quotes into a block of text, i have leant how to create an article for magazine using InDesign. • Adobe Photoshop- CS5- I have learnt how to make photo’s black and white, i have learnt how to change the colours on a photo, i have learnt how to cut out pictures, i have learnt crop photo’s, i have learnt how to put layers on top of others and then to change which order they go in. • Safari- I have learnt how to search for items all over the internet to help me with my magazine. • • Font Book- I have learnt how to go onto the internet to get new fonts and then i will use which ones i want from my font book. Open Office 3- I have learnt how to type my article in word from open office.
