Event Wallet: Features
To give visitors to trade shows,
conferences and conventions
an easy way to discover,
collect and share content from
exhibitors – all they need is a
smartphone or tablet.
Why did we
make Event
Wallet?
FOR EVENT ORGANISERS
Seamless
event set-up
The Event Wallet platform
makes it simple for event
organisers to create an event,
invite businesses to exhibit,
and continue to track all
content being uploaded
by exhibitors.
iBeacon
configuration
The simple app interface makes
it quick and easy to configure
exhibitor iBeacons and set their
range, depending on the size of
your event stands.
FOR EXHIBITORS
From printed
handouts to
rich digital
assets
With Event Wallet exhibitors
can upload and share a whole
range of formats with event
attendees – from PDFs and
PowerPoint Presentations to
videos or web links.
The exhibitor desktop portal
makes the content upload
process smooth and fast.
Event analytics
and contact data
Event exhibitors can track collections,
shares and downloads of their
content via reports in their account,
so they can see which content is
resonating most with visitors.
Exhibitors can also download a full
list of contacts, so it’s easy to stay in
touch with visitors interested in what
they offer after events have finished.
FOR ATTENDEES
Easily discover
content from
exhibitor stands
on the day
Using iBeacon technology, attendees
with the Event Wallet app get a
push notification when they’re at an
exhibitor stand. They’ll also be alerted
when they discover new stands with
content nearby.
The smarter way
to browse and
collect content
Visitors can learn more about the
businesses they discover and browse
the content they offer. They can collect
it with the touch of a button and store
it in their wallet for later.
Read and share
collected content
later - anywhere
in the world
All content collected at events goes
directly into the visitor’s wallet, where it’s
sorted by event or exhibitor so they can
find it quickly at a later date. It’s really
simple to share it with email contacts or
their social networks if there’s something
that’s really caught their attention.
All content is
available back
at the office
Any content collected on a mobile
device is automatically synced with the
a user’s online account. When they
log into the desktop site at home or in
the office they’re able to view, print or
share the content.
