Developer & International Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in
exceeding targets.
Self motivated, I am organized and extremely career driven, career focused, recruitment,
career advisory, sales and customer service is my passion.
Working as part of a talented, committed & dedicated team in the Career Services
Department @ Ubiqum Code Academy in Barcelona.

My name is Alinne
I am mexican,
I am a mom of 2,
I am happily married,
I am a Technical Recruiter and a Career advisor
I have a passion for recruitment, business development, customer
service & yes.......for networking events.
SO WHAT DO I DO?
I run the career services department and student experience at Ubiqum Code Academy.
This means running a team of career advisors in each city we are based (Barcelona,, ​​Berlin, Amsterdam, Lisbon and Madrid.
We coach our students in terms of job search, advice, we do professional intermediation and approach to employment and
professional reality of students and former students of Ubiqum.
Orientation and Professional program called BMC :
preparation of CV, letter or email presentation, training on selection processes (interviews, dynamics, etc.), preparation of interviews
and other aspects related to employability and job search processes in Linkedin and others related portals
Coaching on the objective and professional interests, as well as working on their strengths and points to improve.
Interviews with follow-up students.
Permanent contact with companies and search for job opportunities for students, preselection and sending of candidates to
companies.
Contact with HR technicians and relations with companies and institutions and recruitment and loyalty of "partner" companies in order
to strengthen ties of collaboration with organizations in the sector.
Planning of Ubiqum-”Potential employer” student meetings through different events, such as our Hiring Day, assistance to Job Fairs
and training talks, as well as a permanent search for activities that include speed dating and encourage the incorporation of our
students to working life in the Technology sector.
Likewise, companies and institutions, through the Department of Career Services in Ubiqum, have the possibility to participate in our
programs.
With all this, we intend to bring Ubiqum students closer to the business reality of the IT sector, who know the main organizations in
Barcelona, ​​Madrid, Holland, Portugal and Germany, their mission, their values ​​and main projects, so they forge their own contacts
through the experience developed with the business world during their training at Ubiqum Code Academy.
