- 4. personality test uses multiple choice and so it is subjective and only gives a snapshot of the real you
- 5. There are innate “absolutes” that define where the individual is most productive. They are our productivity DNA.
- 6. while education, training, experience, culture and upbringing can enhance these absolutes, they still remain consistent and endure during a lifetime of an individual.

- 8. how we determine a person’s passion is base through their value system to the world.
- 9. ask yourself “Have there been any activity or engagement in the past where you made significant contributions in value and benefits to others? And was the value appreciated by others?”
