This document provides an introduction and examples for using the first conditional in English grammar. The first conditional uses "if" followed by the present simple tense in the if-clause, and "will" followed by an infinitive verb in the main clause to describe possible future events. Examples are given such as "If it rains, I won't go to the park" and "If I study today, I'll go to the party tonight" to illustrate using the first conditional to talk about things that might happen in the future. Practice exercises are also referenced.
