      The interpretation and understanding of the
      context defines the operational capability. We
      act based on what we see. Expand the
      capacity of reading is the key to understand
      the dynamics of the context. The alternatives
      are designed, the opportunities are found.

                              The possibilities are potential events generated
                              by the contexts in their movements.

                              The alternatives are the subjective maps that
                              define the possible paths of development.

     Keeping a dynamic map of the territory means
     to be aware to the changing context. Is
     important not be guided by a static image of
     the reality. The extension of the limits is
     materialized in new points of reference at the
     horizon of intervention.

     to avoid falling into spasmodic reactions. To do
     this, is necessary to be operative in the
     defined territory (sustainability) and keep the
     capacity to expand limits of action to create

    The management of emotions holds the
    interaction with the context. This involves the
    learning to live with the unknown. Learn to
    recognize stereotypical ways of acting. So
    emotional innovation allows us to think
    different and act differently.

                        The emotions are chemical reactions which
                        triggers behaviors.
                        The thoughts set the context of ideas that
                        gives meaning to the experiences.
                        The feelings set the subjective experience
                        that is built from the cognitive significance of

     The future must be understood as a "purpose"
     as   a   statement     of   alternatives   and
     opportunities.   The   project   management
     should be supported in parallel processes that
     allow dynamic growth in the human systems.
