This would affect my planning because I would need to re-visit the whole plan which could take up time. If this happens I would change it and adapt as soon as noticed to limit the time wasted. Keep work on more than one memory stick and surface (college computer/laptop) If the computer breaks and I lose my work, This would greatly affect my project as it could mean I would have to re-do my work. Always keep back up of work on two memory sticks and other surface (college computer) If auto save doesn't work, I would lose my unsaved work which would waste time re-doing it. Save work regularly, have work on more than one surface If there are power cuts and work is lost, I would lose my unsaved work and would waste time re-doing it. Learn, plan with your skills in mind If I’m not able to come into college, This would affect the amount of time I have to spend on certain areas which I can only do in college. Do what I can at home, plan around inconvenience and make time in other area, work on different area what I can do at home, If I don’t have the ability to do the work at home, It would waste the time I have and possibly affect the quality of my work as I would have less time then I originally planned. Do what I can in college, go in college extra days, If software doesn't work on home computer, It would affect the time I have available to spend on my work and possible the quality of my work as I would have to work faster to compensate for the time I lost. Organise when to do what work to maximize use of given time, look to see if there are any extra days there may be space to work in college. If software not suitable for plan This would affect my plan as I won’t be able to change the technology, hardware, software I have so I would have to change my plan this would affect time, and everything. Plan to the software that I know is available in college to avoid this issue. If narrator not available on planned date, This would affect my schedule but depending on the date of the re-schedule it isn’t too inconvenient Have backups in mind, close to home so no inconvenience, change date so is available If I don’t backup my work, This would mean I would lose a lot of work and would affect my project greatly. Save regularly so not tonnes of work is lost, or just back up your work.

Consider cost/time/etc implications Unwanted sounds in recording This would affect the quality of my work and my time I spend to re-record it. Make sure area is quiet, choose setting carefully, seek access to a sound proof room. Record multiple times and use the best one. If possible edit out certain sounds, If my work takes longer than expected This would greatly affect the amount of time I have to complete my work and To solve this I would probably aim to shorten my piece because I don’t want to rush through it and lose any of the quality of the work.
