- 1. Font design for cd cover
- 2. • This font would be good for my CD cover. It has a very cute vibe to it, due to the circular letters being made to look like buttons. This fits the theme of our song and music video, as it is a story about love, and this font represents this well
- 3. • this font is inappropriate for my CD cover. It is unclear to read and has a darker, creepier tone to it. This font would be more suited to a heavy metal CD cover. Out of all of the fonts that I have collected, ‘ close to me’ is the worst, and wouldn’t fit with the theme set by our song.
- 4. • This font type would be a very good choice for my CD cover. Is has a big blocky style which fits with our feelgood pop song. The font is also covered in various flowers, which helps establish a warm inviting tone. This also fits in well the visual tone of our music video, which is almost always set outside when it is sunny. The flowers that cover the font also link with the flower that is at the end of our music video, which will also be present of the CD cover.
- 5. • This font is visually representative of clouds. This makes it effective for a variety of reasons. It is a connection to the title of the song ‘raincloud vs sunshine’. This font also has a warm inviting tone, which fits well with the theme my CD cover is trying to portray.
- 6. • This font would be ok for my CD cover. This is because of the brushstroke design that it has. It fits well with the theme of the cover. However, this font isnt that clear to read, so it wouldn’t be appropriate for
- 7. • This font would not be any good for my CD cover whatsoever. It is dull and monolithic, and possesses no character. Out of all of the fonts that I have analysed, this is easily the worst one for my CD cover.
