They have produced campaigns for some of the largest companies in the world and have grown to 700 people in less than 5 years. The Role: They are seeking a Front End Developer who has the ambition and enthusiasm to build large web applications. There is a lot of focus on using the best technologies, building products the end user wants to use. This person will get to work on exciting technical projects and collaborate closely with the rest of the cross functional team (front/backend developers, testers & designers) to learn and grow their skills. The Requirements: They need someone who has: A strong understanding of HTML5 and CSS3 Experience developing highly usable and beautiful user interfaces A good understanding of UX and design principles They would prefer someone who has: An understanding of JavaScript to accompany their frontend skills A knowledge of Backbone, Require and Underscore JS An understanding of web and coding standards Experience working in an agile scrum environment They would prefer someone who is: Enthusiastic to learn and listen to others Wanting to explore new technologies A self-starter – this person will be part of a small team and expected to lead certain aspect of the project Comfortable expressing opinions within the business
