This document provides requirements for a new report called GI_Variance that will fetch balance quantity and value from goods issued against production orders. The report will display order details, material details, quantities from the bill of material, issued quantities, and calculate differences between issued and master quantities and their values. Fields will be populated by passing identifiers through various tables to fetch additional attributes like descriptions, units of measure, prices, etc. The report will allow filtering by open orders and have an output displaying order, material, bom, issue and difference information.
