- 11. + Conclusion I would buy the American Eagle denim shirt over the Forever 21 one. The shirt at Forever 21 was much lighter in weight. Forever 21 shirts, button ups in particular are not D cup and up friendly, you will usually see a space in between the buttons at the breast area. At American Eagle you are paying double for the shirt but it will last much longer than the Forever 21 shirt. You are paying for the quality. If you caught something onto the Forever 21 shirt you will most likely get a hole in it while the American Eagle shirt may just get a small run. I Would suggest that Forever 21 used a thicker denim fabric, used interfacing in the collars at least, to give them shape, & maybe add XL to their sizes or make their XS-L a little bigger, maybe an inch more to bust.
