- 10. Target market • We combined the convince of match.com with the job searching power of LinkedIn. • The problem with LinkedIn is that it only targets professionals. • We will focus on young and unskilled workers. People who don’t know what they want, or even how to look for a job.
- 11. How it works: User Let's say you are a young student. You want to work part time, but you don’t know how. You can link your Facebook profile to our website. We will make you a profile, help you build a resume, and help you make an about me video. You will then get push notifications from companies wanting to set up an interview. We will give you a little information on the company, including Glassdoor reviews and expected salary. You will then be able to reject the interview or select a time.
- 12. How it works: Client As a client, you will have free access to all profiles in our network. You will be able to compare all talent side by side, saving managers time and eliminating recruiting costs. Once you find a client you like, you can request an interview right from our web page. We only charge you if the client accepts, and the fee is $5.00 dollars. We will inform the user about your organization and remind them of your upcoming interview.
