This document outlines requirements for a new report to analyze aging of brought out materials based on usage. The report will retrieve material document numbers, materials, quantities from transaction code ZMSEG with a movement type of 101. It will calculate aging buckets (1-3 months, 4-6 months, etc.) based on the posting date from transaction MKPF. The report will output the aging status and quantities in each aging period based on the posting date compared to input date ranges and cutoff thresholds (90 days, 180 days, etc.). The new report will provide aging analysis of blocked stock quantities and values to meet business needs.

- 1. FSD for Aging Report of Brought out Materials AS IS: Tcode: New report as per business to obtain the aging of stock based on usage. TO BE: New report need to be as it is in ZAGE transaction detailed output but report need to be incorporate the given logic to approach the business requirement. Logic: SelectionScreen PassBWART =101 (MovementType) intable ZMSEG/MSEG to fetch MBLNR (Material Doc.), MATNR (Material), Matl Doc.Item(ZEILE_ZMSEG) andQuantity (MENGE_ZMSEG). Inputselectionscreen will be withbelow fields(Multiple selections) Plant: - Mandatory field Material: - Optional field Material group: - Mandatory field Date range: - From - To (Mandatory field) Output report logic To calibrate the agingof the materialsreceivedwithonly101movement type (MSEG/ZMSEG-BWART =101) (wrt all GR’s) Such that we needtocalibrate output agingof all brought outs byusing(BUDAT_ MKPF) postingdate of MBLNR (Material Doc.) Pass MBLNR (Material Doc.) & MJAHR (Mat. Doc. Year) and Trans. /Ev.Type (if VGART= WE) to fetch(BUDAT_ MKPF) postingdate. Agingmonthly PostingDate (MKPF-BUDAT) as perthe inputdate or current date as per the report. If the BUDAT _> 90 Days qty which fetch in 0 to 3 Months old If the BUDAT < 90 Days & BUDAT _>180 Days qty which fetch in 4 to 6 Months old If the BUDAT < 180 Days & BUDAT _>270 Days qty which fetch in 7 to 9 Months old If the BUDAT <270 Days & BUDAT _>360 Days qty which fetch in 10 to 12 Months old And so on …. If the BUDAT < 1740 Days & BUDAT _>1800Days qty which fetch in 58 to 60 Months old
