- 2. Tip #1. What you wear. What you wear is a very important thing. It shows confusion and it doesn’t make sense when you wear different clothing or hair styles for a different shot on the same scene. For example if you are doing a ballroom scene which takes over a day to complete, you must remember how you look otherwise you can confuse your audience. Matt Wunderli
