- 2. Tip # 1: Do Not Use Zoom If you need some close-up shots, zoom in first and then shoot. If necessary, move the camera closer to the subject and avoid zoom entirely. James Baker

- 4. Tip #3 Label Tapes Always label the tapes and write a description of the scene to save time when looking for a specific scene. Matt Carpenter
- 5. Tip #4 Frame The Scene Try to take the time to frame your subject before you start filming. Let the subject fill the scene in order to eliminate distractions. Shawn Saylor
- 6. Tip # 5: Make Sure There is Enough Light Don’t shoot directly in sunlight indoors, make sure the light is turned on if there is not enough illumination from the windows best to use lights only when camera is plugged into mains power Deandre Jones
- 7. Tip #6 Don’t Film Continuously Avoid the “hose pipe” method of filming. This refers to pointing the camera and filming continuously, swaying around and not settling on anything. It makes editing a nightmare. Adrian Mobley
