The client is also concerned about a water channel running through a portion of his land where a private bridge and roadway are. He would like to determine if it is on his property. Determine where a “missing” portion of property is located as described in the legal description

Data RequirementsData Already Acquired4 plat maps in PDF formatThe plat maps are split digitally into 4 separate pieces, so they will need to be snapped together.I will also have to determine the map units for the plat map (coordinates).Adding symbology will be necessary (points) Legal description of the propertyI need to carefully read the legal description and import any lat/long data.There are also points on the legal description that will need to be imported.

- 7. Field WorkIt will be necessary to conduct field work at the client’s property to “walk” his property line and obtain GPS coordinates to plot certain land and physical attributes. The data obtained will need to be recorded and imported into the GIS.
