Global EDM, has extensive catalog of parts for wire, sinker, and water hole EDM machines. They serve the North American manufacturing industry with locations throughout the United States. While this backbone served them well when they were smaller, the lack of flexibility was inhibiting their opportunities to expand into new sales channels such a eCommerce, and improve fulfillment with dealers. Finally, scalability was limited, resulting in too much extra manual work.
