  the web. Collaborative projects,
   monitoring progress, real-time
feedback, and paper reduction are
   a few of the benefits of Google
  Docs. Today you will learn how
you can use Google Docs for class
 preparation, class instruction or
       evaluation/assessment.

  Be sure you have set your
 sharing permissions so that
anyone with the link can view
         your work.
Start with the students by getting
them to use ONE document and
treat it like an exercise book. They
return to the same document and
just add the date before they start
work on it each day. When they
and the teacher can handle that
they move to collections and
creating individual Docs for different
things. It is much less
overwhelming introducing it like this.

2.Create a Form (Sample)
3.Have students change the SHARE setting on each
assignment to ANYONE with a link.
4.Have them submit that LINK/URL to your
Google Form which asks for their name, period,
assignment, URL, etc.
5.Use the sorting tools within the spreadsheet to quickly
find assignments.
