Al-Mughni, Ibn Qudamah al-Maqdasi 202/1 المغنﻲ فﻲ الفقه الحنبلﻲ – اﺑن قدامة المقدسﻲ ل وضوء على من مس ذكر الصغير لنه يجوز مسه والنظر إليه وقد روي عن النبي صلى ال عليه و سلم أنه قبل زبيبة الحسن وروي وروي أن النبي صلى ال عليه و سلم مس زبيبة الحسن ولم يتوضأ Translation: No need to make ablutions if one touches the male (member) of a young boy because it is permissible to touch it and to look at it and it was told that the prophet (pbuh) kissed the (little) penis of al-Hasan and it was told that the prophet (pbuh) touched the (little) penis of al-Hasan and did not make ablutions.
