This document discusses factors affecting access to finance for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Vietnam. It conducted a survey of 400 SMEs in Binh Duong Province to determine the key factors. The study found six significant factors: managerial experience, the owner's financial literacy, business plan, financial management regulations, the owner's education, and business size.
