My Mineral Glossary Crystal =The transparent form of crystallized quartz. A clear transparent mineral or glass resembling ice.  Igneous rock= Produced under conditions involving intense heat, as  rocks of volcanic rocks crystallized from melting magma. Metamorphic rock= a rock that was once formed of rock but has changed to another under the influence of heat, and pressure or some other agent without passing through a liquid. Mineral= Any of a class of substances occurring in nature ,usually comprising in organ substances , as quarts or feldspar ,of definite chemical compassion.   Sedimentary rock =  Rock that has formed through the deposition and solidification of sediments, especially sediment transported by water lakes, glaciers, and ice. United sedimentary rocks frequently contain fossils.
What does it look like Halite is colorless to yellow but may also be light blue, dark blue, and may also even be pink.
