This document provides an overview of the MovePro mobile app created for a large United Van lines operator. The app was designed to make the moving process less stressful for customers by providing tools, resources, and the ability to track tasks, shipments, and unpacked belongings. Key features of the app include a dashboard to view move status, checklists, and contact a move counselor; tracking unpacked boxes by room and labeling them with scannable QR codes; and various "micro utilities" like time/currency conversion and links to set up utilities at the new home. The goal was to radically improve the customer experience in the moving industry.
