Network Access
Using the dynamic capabilities of TelePacific Hosted PBX,
your business can get the voice services it needs while
increasing the data bandwidth available to improve employee
productivity. Bandwidth is scalable from 1 to 100Mbps, so it
can grow as your company grows.
With our broadband services — T1, Bonded T1 or Ethernet —
TelePacific can provide up to 100 Mbps of bandwidth in
1 Mbps increments. Voice takes priority so when an employee
makes or receives a call, TelePacific Hosted PBX immediately
allocates bandwidth to the voice traffic, but only as long as the
call is in process. As your voice needs fluctuate throughout the
day, your data bandwidth adjusts to capitalize on the available
capacity.
Confidence in your data service
Your Dedicated Internet connection is always on with our
Dedicated Internet Access (DIA). With either a single T1; 2, 3,
or 4 bonded T1s; or Ethernet as part of your service, you have
up to 100Mbps at your fingertips.
User/Group Add Ons
n	100 email addresses n Domain hosting
n	One domain name n Eight IP addresses
n	Domain registration n Web hosting
Or if your business requires it, you can add MPLS IP Virtual
Private Network (VPN) services and Internet access to meet
your business needs.
Bandwidth allocation for concurrent calls
Generally, a TelePacific Hosted PBX call will use 100 Kbps of
bandwidth. If you were to add TelePacific Hosted PBX for ten
users, and everyone was on the phone at the same time, it
would require 1 Mbps of bandwidth during the calls.
Disaster Recovery
Disaster can strike at any time. Whether driven by a natural
event or human error, a power outage or Internet connectivity
failure, the impact of downtime can be substantial.
Business continuity is essential
Organizations that lack the tools to recover IT communications
risk the loss of employee productivity, sales opportunities,
revenue, and even valuable customers. That’s why smart
businesses prepare with built-in redundancies.
Making TelePacific Hosted PBX a part of your disaster
recovery can save your business or call center from the
unthinkable. In the event of disruption, our comprehensive
disaster recovery solution is a safety net that helps businesses
keep core communications and operations up and running
during critical times.
