The fourth industrial revolution begins affecting many companies, as Artificial
Intelligence Technologies are faster, more adaptable and more efficient and
develop the world in a more digital way.
AI is the biggest economic-changer in the world. With its gradual increase in the
scope of its demand, it is expected to reach all areas within the year 2030.
Artificial intelligence has quickly emerged as an active tool for environmental security
and the maintenance of natural resources. Smart grid connection in cities can apply
AI to control and control power supply.
AI can Save the Environment:

Energy concerns:
The world's growing population also has an insatiable appetite for electricity.
Although the share of renewables globally is increasing, the momentum behind fossil
fuels means that they are not likely to disappear from energy mixes immediately.
AI is used for energy:
The Department of Energy's SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory operated by
Stanford University will Use Machine Learning and artificial intelligence to identify
vulnerabilities in the network, harden them before failures occur, and restore power
more quickly when failures occur.
The system will first study part of the grid in California, analyzing data from
renewable energy sources, battery storage and satellite imagery that can show
where trees growing over power lines can cause problems in a storm.
The goal is to develop a network that can automatically manage renewable energy
without interruption and recover from system failures with little human involvement.
AI robots harvest solar and wave energy:
If we are going to fight climate change, we will have to reduce our dependence on
fossil fuels like oil. Developers are turning to robots to help sustainably harvest
energy and use it in industries and environments.
A great example is the Wave Glider from Liquid Robotics. It looks like a surfboard
and has built-in solar panels, which collect solar energy as it moves along the
surface of the ocean. It uses stored energy to propel and recharge the batteries
necessary for its sensors.
Wave Glider applications include collecting high-resolution carbon dioxide samples
from difficult locations to get a complete picture of global climate change.
AI robots help farmers survive droughts:
Our climate is changing every day, it affects our food sources. This is particularly true
in the poorest countries and rural areas that cannot easily import food from other
regions.
Using AI sensors and monitors, the robots can track plant growth and learn which
species survive - and thrive - under difficult conditions. With the help of this data
analysis, farmers can choose plants that have a higher chance of success, saving
their income while feeding the people around them.
AI will save lives:
Take ongoing research on the Application of AI in medical sciences. The first lab
results are nothing but positive. Samsung, for example, announced last year that its
ultrasound devices can now identify breast cancer and even warn whether it is
benign or malignant, using AI that analyzes ultrasound images.
Similarly, using artificial intelligence-based on voice recognition and analysis,
scientists have devised an early detection capability for the onset of Parkinson's
disease, with a detection rate of 99%. Merck awarded huge cash prizes for
discovering new drugs using AI.
In fact, there is a comprehensive research journal, Artificial Intelligence in Medicine,
dedicated to research on the application of AI in medicine, human biology, and
healthcare. This rapid progress leads me to believe that within the next 10 years,
there will be a faster and earlier diagnosis of all diseases at a much lower cost, and
drugs and treatments will be much more effective.
Doctors could routinely use artificial intelligence systems to get second opinions, and
medical errors would be a thing of the past. This would save millions of lives around
the world each year and dramatically improve the quality of medical outcomes.

Global regulations:
While our world is a much smaller place than ever because of technology, this also
means that artificial intelligence technology that requires new laws and regulations
will need to be determined between various governments to enable safe and
effective global interactions. Since we are no longer isolated from one another,
AI-related actions and decisions in one country could very easily negatively affect
others. We are seeing this already unfolding, where Europe has taken a robust
regulatory approach to ensure consent and transparency, while the US and in
particular China allow their companies to apply artificial intelligence much more
liberally.
AI terrorism:
Similarly, there may be a new form of AI-enabled terrorism to grapple with: from the
expansion of autonomous drones and the introduction of robotic swarms to remote
attacks or the transmission of diseases via nanorobots. Our law enforcement and
advocacy organizations will need to adapt to the potential threat they pose.
It will take time and extensive human reasoning to determine how best to prepare for
a future with even more AI applications to ensure that even if there is a potential for
adverse impacts with subsequent adoption, it is minimized as much as possible.

Everyone believes that artificial intelligence, which often encompasses machine
learning and deep learning, is a "game changer" for climate change and
