- 2. Meeting Application is mobile event application with numerous features for conference organising that benefit both the participants and the organisers. Users can choose language they prefer for displaying features as: surveys, sponsors, media gallery, quizzes, questions during the lecture, networking messages, PUSH notifications, plans, maps and updates. Customers can invent their own features to incorporate into their mobile event application.

Meeting Application has numerous features, such as: • statistics visible only for the organiser ins (CMS) • a whitelist in which the organiser can store the e-mail addresses of participants (only trusted e-mail addresses can be registered in the application) • QR codes • the ability for organisers to customise the functions Meeting Application enables organisers to communicate with attendees, both during the event and after it.
- 4. CMS - Content Management System is a module in which the organisers can organise data and all necessary information. Data are immediately visible in the application. Your participants will see the list of events in which the speaker will take part. All data are added by an event organiser. Here, the organiser can include the main information about the speaker… A clear list of the events in which he/she will participate.
- 7. Maps - foreign country, city, buildings? No problem! Meeting Application will be really helpful. As an event organiser, you can add maps, and mark features on them to help your participants. Maps are uploaded from googlemaps or Apple. First include your maps. ...and add short descriptions of marked places. You can mark as many different palces as you want...
- 8. With our mobile app you’ll never be lost! Choose the place… …and this button will show you the route from your current position to that place.
- 9. Maps of the city, hotels and parking areas can be added. ...you’re looking for a place to eat or stay or you want to see some sights? Tap this icon... And you’ve found what you’ve been looking for!
- 10. Agenda - this module presents a list of events with details of: speakers, timings, places of events, all necessary data. The organiser can add as many events as he/she wants and update the information if necessary. Events are divided into different paths. You want to know more?
- 11. Now you can search by categories: days, paths, favourite events. Let’s see what’s planned for Day 2. Just choose the right button… ...and your agenda is now updated.
- 12. Events - they are added to the mobile application to give all necessary information about what will take place. Your rating is really important! ...don’t forget about the speakers: names and brief information. Here is a place for the title, date, place and path. Read the description to be well prepared for the event...

- 14. Networking - a list of participants is presented in this module. You can chat with them as much as you want. Invaluable, when you want to receive a quick answer to your question! Look at the list of participants and get to know them better. Communicate with your participants as much as you want. They can answer immediately!
- 15. News - this feature in the mobile app is to inform participants what’s going on during the event or in the fast-developing IT world. News can be uploaded from Twitter, blogs, Facebook or other media. Look at the news source… ...and the icon. Now read the message and use this link to get more information. Isn’t it clear and intelligible?
- 16. News Choose the button to display the channels. And mark the channel of interest.
- 17. Sponsors - the sponsors of your event can be presented in this module. You can add their names and logos. Let them shine! Your sponsors are in hierarchy. You can use other categories than “gold” and “silver” sponsor.
- 18. Quiz - a little of competition is healthy and desirable! Organizers can add a quiz to entertain and to improve the knowledge of attendees First of all, you have to enter the question. Your question can enclose any logo, cartoon, graphics or photo. The mobile app users have to choose one answer. You cannot access next question until your response is correct.
- 19. Surveys - quickly convey information about the conference to the organiser. You get immediate feedback! As an organiser, you can write any question you want. Are you satisfied with the conference? Go to next question.
- 20. Authorization - participants can add information and, photos to create an exceptional profile! Join your profile to the other social media. Include a photo - nobody will ask your name!
- 21. Profile - tell the others about yourself. You won’t be asked these questions again. Who are you? Where do you work? Why are you here? Tell the others about yourself, show them your personality!
- 22. Media - you can create albums with great photos and video files. Familiarize your attendees with the area of the conference, and just show them why it is worth being here! You can present photos of prelegents, people from previous editions and many more... This screen presents all of your media. Choose one them to see what is insight.

- 24. Media - Video You can add video. Enter the link to youtube or vimeo in CMS! Here you can check the name and the channel of your video.
