Meeting Application is mobile event application with numerous features for conference organising that 
benefit both the participants and the organisers. Users can choose language they prefer for displaying 
features as: surveys, sponsors, media gallery, quizzes, questions during the lecture, networking 
messages, PUSH notifications, plans, maps and updates. Customers can invent their own features to 
incorporate into their mobile event application.
Mobile apps are useful during so many of the events that take place nowadays. Festivals, 
concerts, major events, conferences...all important events have their own! 
Meeting Application has numerous features, such as: 
• statistics visible only for the organiser ins (CMS) 
• a whitelist in which the organiser can store the e-mail addresses of participants 
(only trusted e-mail addresses can be registered in the application) 
• QR codes 
• the ability for organisers to customise the functions 
Meeting Application enables organisers to communicate with attendees, both during 
the event and after it.
CMS - Content Management System is a module in which the organisers can organise data and all 
necessary information. Data are immediately visible in the application.

Speakers - you want to quickly find somebody? Don’t worry! Our search engine will help you to do 
it immediately. Information is available about each speaker.

And choose the person to view 
information added by the organise.

Speakers - photos of speakers and information on them can be found in this module. Your 
participants will see the list of events in which the speaker will take part. All data are added by an 
event organiser. 
Here, the organiser can include 
the main information about the

Maps - foreign country, city, buildings? No problem! Meeting Application will be really helpful. As 
an event organiser, you can add maps, and mark features on them to help your participants. Maps 
are uploaded from googlemaps or Apple.
