use a time tracking app like Rescue Time and audit the time you actually spend working. 
2. Figure out how much it will cost you to send the work that you don’t want to be doing to
someone else. Always overestimate your expenses, never underestimate them.  
3. Figure out how much you will need to charge clients so you can cover your expenses
while achieving your target net proﬁt margin [how much money stays in the bank].

enough money to pay you for the prices you demand. [Hint: if you want to make a lot of
money, go after industries that sell high ticket items with few people involved]

Additional things that you should be doing 
Make sure that you are tracking the conversion rate of each step either via Google
Analytics Goal Tracking and/or via your CRM.  
Get a baseline conversion rate established for each step in your funnel before playing
around with paid lead acquisition. That way you can estimate your cost to acquire a new
client and cross check it against your service price and desired proﬁt margin.  
Make sure that throughout every step of the funnel (and it all marketing, website and
written material) you are repeating the fact that you are the best and most qualiﬁed
person to solve their problem using case studies, testimonials and examples of work.  
Know when to keep pushing on, or when to evaluate and change your strategy.
