Many folks are confused Think it is hard to build a profitable list About where to begin Make it a focus of your day
Follow your Passions He got booted out of town A Realtor told me he had to leave a Colorado mountain town after a messy divorce. Ended up in Denver not knowing anyone He had a successful business for 10 years If you put a lead in front of him, he could get it done. How to get more leads?
What to do? I asked: What are your passions? He said: I am a golfer with a 4 handicap I suggested he go to public courses early in the morning alone. He would get invited to play with groups who did not have 4 players.
Now what? Here is what I told him to do: 1.  Learn FORD; Ask questions about  F amily,  O ccupation,  R ecreation and  D reams. 2. Learn/commit to memory Five Facts about his market. These are 5 facts which he can use to establish credibility 3.  Have a real estate purpose: Ask for permission to add to his newsletter list to receive valuable information.
What happened? He called about 90 days later telling me he was going to have to quit playing golf as he had too much business. I told him to hire some help instead.
If not passions, then what Carry a small notebook everywhere Pocket  Car Briefcase A checklist of suggestions helps Set aside 15 minutes a day  Print these slides and carry with you.
