- 2. Enterprise Introduction In this slide, we’ll discuss on how to configure flexible working schedule in Odoo 18 Employee module. In Odoo 18, the Employee module offers powerful tools to configure and manage flexible working schedules tailored to your organization's needs. This presentation will guide you through the steps to set up a flexible working schedule, ensuring that both the company's requirements and employees' preferences are met.
- 3. Enterprise We can manage the Working schedules from Configuration menu by navigating to the employees module.
- 4. Enterprise Here we can see the working schedules which is set as Flexible.
- 5. Enterprise We can configure flexible working schedule by enabling the Flexible Hours option. Also we can see the hours per week set for this working schedule. This flexible work schedule allows the employees to work at any time irrespective of the normal working schedule of the company.
- 6. Enterprise After that we can move to Attendance module to see how this flexible working schedule effects attendance. Here we can see the attendance marked for different employees in Gantt view.
- 7. Enterprise This is the list view showing the Attendance of the employees.
- 8. Enterprise By clicking on New button, we can mark the attendance of the employee manually.
- 9. Enterprise Here we can mark the attendance of an employee and we can see the total worked time is 6 hours.
- 10. Enterprise We can mark the attendance for the previous dates also and some days the employee worked for more and some days less.
- 11. Enterprise If we go to the Attendance gantt view, we can see for that week, the employee had already worked for 35 hours out of 40 hours.
