Introduction

Once you open the Lunch module, you'll see the lunch order
dashboard, which displays a summary of available lunch options, the
user's account details, and the current day's orders with their
statuses. You can also access this view by navigating to Lunch App –>
My Lunch –> New Order.
4. Enterprise
In the search bar, you'll find a filter called ‘Available Today’, which
shows only the products available for the current day.
5. Enterprise
On the left side, you can filter products by ‘Categories’ and ‘Vendors’.
The top section displays the user's account and order details.
6. Enterprise
Below that, products are displayed in the default Kanban view,
showing details like name, vendor, cost, description, and photo.
Newly added products are marked with a 'New' tag. You can also
switch to the list view using the icon in the top-right corner of the
≣
dashboard.

To place an order, select a product, and a popup will appear for order
configuration. In this popup, you can view the product description,
add extras, and include notes to inform the vendor of any special
requests. Once you're done, click on 'Add to Cart'.
8. Enterprise
The added item will appear at the top of the dashboard in the Order
Summary, where you can adjust the quantity. On the right side, you'll
find the Purchase Information. Click ‘Order Now’ to place your order,
and the status will update to ‘Ordered.’
9. Enterprise
After placing an order, the amount is deducted from the user's
account, finalizing the transaction. The dashboard provides a real-time
overview of your lunch orders.
10. Enterprise
Order tracking is managed through status updates. When you submit
an order, its status changes from ‘To Order’ to ‘Ordered.’ Once the
order is sent to the vendor, the status updates to ‘Sent.’ Finally, when
the order is delivered and confirmed by a lunch manager, it changes
to ‘Received’. To manage orders, the manager can navigate to
Manager Today’s Orders. The Lunch Manager can review the
→
orders and send them to the vendor by clicking ‘Send Orders’ or
cancel them using the ‘Cancel’ button.
12. Enterprise
The Lunch app manager verifies an order as received once the
vendor delivers it to the user. To do this, the manager can select the
orders and click the 'Confirm Orders' button or confirm each order
individually by clicking 'Confirm'. Also, the manager can cancel an
order if needed.
13. Enterprise
To view your order history, navigate to My Lunch My Order History.
→
By default, orders are grouped by Order Date (Day).
For orders with the status 'Ordered' or 'Sent', a 'X Cancel' button is
available. For orders with the status 'Received', a 'Re-order' button is
available, allowing you to reorder the same product with the same
extras.
