- 3. You will use the first and the last page of your eLibrary article in order to complete your chart.
- 4. AUTHOR(s) of Article – List ALL Leave BLANK if no names are listed.
- 6. Title of MAGAZINE or JOURNAL This article must be from a periodical.
- 7. Publication DATE *This should include a Month or a Season.
- 8. VOLUME # ISSUE # *You may need to look at the beginning of your article.
